Madison’s schools are strong in many important dimensions.  Tom Piskula believes there are ways that the board could get the word out more broadly, to area residents outside of Madison, and to people relocating to our region.  Such an expanded communication effort has the potential to further increase district pride, a key ingredient to the success of both the district and the community.  Such pride and success supports property values.  District pride has the potential to attract education-minded families to our community, including future achievers.
