Tom Piskula’s investment-management work involved managing public mutual funds.  All significant aspects of his work were open to public scrutiny.  Tom learned how open communication and public oversight can increase the long-term value of any public effort.  He seeks to bring that perspective to operating the procedures and the public funds of Madison’s Board of Education.
